Cody the Robot

'Cody the Robot' is an original narrative, set in a world I had slowly been designing and developing over some time now. It is an ongoing project and one that I wish to continue to develop as I continue to create new chapters exploring the world and the characters within.

The theme of the first chapter is that of potential; the idea that we all have the ability to be more than what others or even ourselves may think is possible. And sometimes, we only need someone else to acknowledge that and gives us the encouragement and support to try. I wanted to dedicate this chapter to everyone who encouraged me to pursue my dreams of art and continued to support and believe in me and my work even when I couldn't see it.

VERAN:

Servants of the Faithful

'Veran: Servants of the Faithful' was a collaboration project between myself and Kerry Ticlo, a fellow art student and emerging artist, in which we aspired to create an original fantasy-based narrative designed tabletop roleplaying games (e.g. Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, ect). The idea was that our narrative could be adapted and integrated into any fantasy role  game for players to use within their own campaign.

Our objective with this project was to not only appeal to those who already enjoy these types of games, but also try to encourage others to try as well and make it feel more accessible and intriguing. One way we sought to do this was to create a trailer in such a way that it would draw in new audiences who may want to explore new ways of telling stories - Tabletop roleplaying games have been proven to be an excellent way of not only telling unique stories, but also improving social skills, as well as improvisational skills.

London Royal Opera House

As part of a collaboration project commissioned by the Royal Opera House, I was the lead art Director; I designed the final backgrounds and was in charge of the visual development and narrative of the animation, in addition to being heavily involved in storyboarding and audio experimentation.

Our goal throughout the project was to attract new audiences to the Royal Opera House while showcasing its architecture and history.
